Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳62,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Every bonus comes with a 15x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳15,000 (1,000 × 15) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses must be used by you personally; transferring or selling them is prohibited.
- If the original deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.

- Multiple accounts from the same household or the same device cannot claim the same bonus.

5.4 VIP Program
The gq999 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers based on consistent active gaming and loyalty.
6 Gaming Rules
All users must follow the general gaming rules below while playing at gq999:
6.1 Fair Play
gq999 is committed to ensuring complete fair play. All games on the platform are operated by verified algorithms. Using software bots, auto-click scripts, or any unfair tactics to play games is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game does not complete properly or displays an incorrect result due to a technical error, gq999 reserves the right to void that round and refund the wagered amount. Winnings obtained based on clearly erroneous odds or payouts may be cancelled.
6.3 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Suspension & Closure

- Extended period of account inactivity.
8.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. If you wish to restrict yourself under the responsible gaming policy, please inform our support team. Make sure to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.
8.3 Balances & Bonuses
If an account is closed by gq999 due to a rule violation, all bonus balances will be forfeited. A decision on whether to return deposited funds will be made on a case-by-case basis following an investigation.
